Overview

The Ship Energy Efficiency Management Plan (SEEMP) is a mandatory document for every vessel of 400 GT and above. Since the introduction of SEEMP Part III requirements under MEPC.328(76), the plan must now include a CII improvement strategy with measurable targets and implementation timelines.
